Make your celebration memorable and hold it in the beautiful Crocker House Garden.

Celebrations include weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, wedding and baby showers, retirements and memorials.

Our large tent will hold up to 48 people comfortably.  Additional tents and chairs are available to 

accommodate more guests.

Two hours $250 (only available with no additional services provided)
Three hours: $350
Four hours: $400
Five hours: $500
Six Hours: $600

Rental includes use of restrooms (basement level)

Table and chair set up for 48 under event tent: $100 (includes linens, chair back covers and cloth napkins)  

Additional tents and tables: $25 for one tent, one table and four chairs (includes table covers)  

Buffet Tents and tables for food: $25 for each tent and table (includes table covers)

Tours of the museum: $50 for ten people  

Servers: $15 per hour for each server requested.  If you request servers, there is a minimum of 2 for events over 20 people. 

We do not:

  • cater events, but can supply a list of local caterers
  • provide flowers for events, but we can provide a list of local florists.
  • provide music, but can provide a contact point for music
  • supply dishware, glassware or flatware.

 We have small bud vases and two punch bowls that you are free to use for your event.
